YofiPrice helps shoppers in Israel find cosmetics and compare the offers of different sellers.
A user arrives with a specific product in mind, compares the available options and goes straight to the store they choose in order to buy. If your offer is competitive, it is in our interest to show it accurately and promptly.
What we show
Depending on the data available, YofiPrice may show:
- the product name and variant;
- the price and the promotional price;
- availability;
- volume or quantity;
- an image;
- the delivery cost;
- a link straight to the product page.
The sale and the checkout happen entirely on the store’s side.
How to connect a store
The preferred option is an official structured data source. We can work with CSV, XML, JSON, an API, an affiliate network product feed, or another agreed way of transferring data.
The most useful fields are:
- SKU or internal ID;
- EAN, GTIN or barcode;
- brand;
- name;
- category;
- volume or variant;
- price;
- promotional price;
- availability;
- product URL;
- image URL.
No feed or API ready? Write to us and we will discuss another way to integrate.
How often we fetch the data
Data is updated once a day. If a source is unavailable or returns suspiciously few items, we do not overwrite the previous prices and look into it instead: showing a stale price as current is worse than not updating it at all.
We respect a store’s robots.txt and terms of use. An official feed or API is always our preferred way of receiving data.
Affiliate co-operation
YofiPrice is open to affiliate and CPS co-operation, both directly with a store and through affiliate networks. If you already work through Awin, Impact, Partnerize or another platform, please say so when you contact us.
The affiliate model lets YofiPrice receive a commission on purchases made after a user clicks through to the store. Terms of co-operation are discussed individually.
One rule that does not change
Commercial co-operation does not buy a higher position in the results. Offers are sorted by the criterion shown to the user; the size of a commission is not used to raise a store’s position.
We may also show sellers with whom YofiPrice has no commercial agreement.
Images and product data
If a store provides images through an API, a product feed or an affiliate network, we need to understand the terms on which they may be used in YofiPrice. In particular:
- whether the image may be displayed from the URL provided;
- whether caching is allowed;
- whether resizing for the interface is allowed;
- whether the store’s logo may be used.
All trademarks and images remain the property of their rights holders.
International stores
We also work with international sellers that deliver to Israel. Data on the following is especially useful:
- delivery cost;
- free-delivery threshold;
- brand and individual product restrictions;
- whether delivery to Israel is available;
- currency;
- minimum order value.
Stores already covered
Data for Super-Pharm, Good Pharm and Be currently comes from the price sources they publish officially. A direct product feed, an API or another official channel from the store allows us to receive fuller and more timely data.
How to have a store removed from YofiPrice
If you do not want your store’s offers displayed, write to us from an address connected with the store and we will stop showing them. You do not have to give a reason.
